The event will take place on September 26th 2026, just outside of Bristol.

Outside food and beverages will not be allowed; however, you may bring an empty re-usable bottle and fill it up at the free water point.

Yes, we will have a variety of food traders to suit different dietary needs.
Yes, most of the event area is within a wooded area and most surfaces will be soil. Please wear suitable footwear.
No, this is a non-camping event. Anybody trying to pitch up a tent in the country park will be ejected.

Entry Policy

This event operates under a strict I.D. policy. You must bring a valid passport, driving licence, or government-issued photo I.D. to gain entry. No I.D., no entry.
Yes. There is a strict search policy in place for the safety of all attendees. Bag searches and pat-downs may be conducted upon entry.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. If you are caught with drugs, you will be ejected from the site immediately.
If you need to bring essential prescription medication, you must contact us in advance at info@woodlanddanceproject.co.uk to arrange approval. All medication must be in its original packaging with a valid prescription label matching your I.D. Security may need to check your medication upon entry.

Location

Bristol's weather can be quite unpredictable. Typically, the climate is cool, with average temperatures ranging between 9°C and 15°C during spring and summer. Rain is always a possibility, so we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket. Comfortable and sturdy footwear is essential.

Ticketing

Management reserves the right to refuse entry regardless of if you have a ticket or not. Do not buy tickets from Facebook groups or people online. Valid ID will be required upon entry and resold tickets will not be valid due to ticket scammers.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for tickets. If you're no longer able to attend and have purchased through Skiddle, you can request resale via www.skiddle.com/orders and click 'Request ticket resale' (this will be activated if the event sells out).
